We would like to clearly state that Colonial’s mortgage operations will continue to work with customers on all their home loan needs, including new home loans, refinancing and mortgage payment options.

Many people’s lives are being affected by this ongoing crisis. Our neighbors are being hurt in so many ways – from loss of employment, decline in income, illness – the list goes on. It is devastating to see the effects this virus is having across the world and in our local communities.

  • To make a mortgage payment or view your mortgage account details, please visit ServiceHomeLoan.com, where you can also send a secure message to the Customer Relations team.

 

  • To make a payment by phone or to speak with a Customer Relations representative regarding your account, please call 800-937-6002 between the hours of 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. CDT. You may also use our automated voice response system to obtain loan information and make payments.

 

  • If you need to contact our Loan Counseling Department, you can do so by calling 800-937-6303.

While we encourage you to monitor Colonial’s Social Media Accounts for updates (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn), please note that our Social Media team does not have access to your personal account information, meaning you will still need to contact Customer Relations for account details.
